User Agreement
All members of Rebels Cafe basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between Rebels Cafe and the customer/member that contains the rights, duties and obligations of Rebels Cafe and the customer/member.

Acceptable Use Policy
Rebels Cafe Usage Policy is designed to protect Rebels Cafe, its customers and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior by users of Rebels Cafe services. All users of Rebels Cafe services are subject to the Usage Policy. The Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on Rebels Cafe services, such as hacking and spamming.

Anti-SPAM Policy
Rebels Cafe has implemented a vigilant anti-SPAM policy as a part of our commitment to reducing spam related activity.

Privacy Policy
Rebels Cafe's Privacy Policy covers treatment of information that Rebels Cafe may collect from users of its products and services and from visitors to the Rebels Cafe Site.

Civil Subpoena Policy
If you seek the identity or account information of a Rebels Cafe customer/member in connection with a civil legal matter, you must fax, mail, or serve Rebels Cafe with a valid subpoena.

Rebels Cafe does not permit infringement of intellectual property rights and will remove suspect user postings if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights.
