Rebels Cafe (“Rebels Cafe”) has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. E-Lists If you register at the Site, you may choose to receive a newsletter via email from Rebels Cafe which may include information such as highlights from different areas on the Rebels Cafe Site and information about new features. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email newsletter sent to you and following the instructions. You may also unsubscribe at any time by logging in to the Rebels Cafe Site and changing your preferences.

Public Areas Rebels Cafe features bulletin boards, community clubs and similar areas where users with similar interests can share information about themselves and their opinions, etc. (“Public Areas”). Other visitors to the Rebels Cafe Site may view information posted in Public Areas. Quizes and Polls If you have registered at Rebels Cafe, you may choose to take part in surveys or polls on the Rebels Cafe Site. When you participate in a survey or poll, you may be asked to provide additional information about yourself voluntarily, including, without limitation, personally identifiable information. Tell A Friend When you use Rebels Cafe’s “Tell A Friend” service, Rebels Cafe emails your message to your friend’s email address and identifies your email address as the sender. Rebels Cafe does not retain, sell or share the content of the email or the recipient’s address.

Responses to Email Inquiries When you send an email to Rebels Cafe, Rebels Cafe may retain your email address and the contents of the email you send. This Privacy Policy does not apply to content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to Rebels Cafe by email. If you want to keep any information private or proprietary, please do not send such information in an email or otherwise post such information to Rebels Cafe. Rebels Cafe does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Exceptions
As stated previously in this policy, we will never give out your information without your permission. Contests and Sweepstakes We may offer contests, sweepstakes or similar promotional events on the Site. We may collect personally identifiable information from you when you enter such contest, sweepstakes or similar promotional event and use such information to select winners. In addition, we may retain your personally identifiable information for record retention purposes. We will not use any information you provide to enter a contest, sweepstakes or similar promotional event other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as specifically disclosed with respect to such contests or sweepstakes.

Statistics When you visit the Rebels Cafe Site, we store your IP address and monitor your activity on the Rebels Cafe Site.
